Rewrite, rescale & a report on those things.
The current job is rewriting the motif tool. This is to accommodate for copy & pasting sections of the map as well as dynamic patterns to decorate the map.
Proper scaling has also been implemented and will be included in the next release.
After this I'm hoping to update the import function for images as I think the transparency value is too complicated to define. Especially if there are less than sixteen colours in a palette. Also, I noticed a scaling bug in there too that'll be addressed in the rework.
