A downloadable tool for Windows and Linux
A small tool that quantizes and maps images to 16 colours and the Mega Drive/Genesis colourspace.
Once imported the palette can be tweaked in app.
Requires ImageMagick-7+

Known issues:
- Image isn't indexed so selecting the same colour will merge the swatches.
